1. The Candy Switcheroo: Wrap up carrots in Tootsie Roll wrappers, or make broccoli lollipops!

2. Gross Out Snack: Fill a cleaned-out mayonnaise jar with vanilla yogurt and eat it where the whole class can see you. They will be so disgusted!

3. Teacher Swap: Want to really confuse your students? Switch classes with another teacher and just go on like nothing happened!

4.  Reverse the Room: Take all the desks and chairs (and bookcases and tables if you want!) and reverse them. When students mention it ,act like you have no idea what they are talking about.

April Fools Word Search: The first four words are in the word search but the rest are not! I like to have students complete the word search and say that the first to finish gets a huge reward! 
April Fools Test: This test is labeled as ‘Standardized Test Practice’ to help students take it seriously! There are a set of directions to follow in one minute and the last direction is that you should have done nothing at all!
Common Knowledge Web Quest: Ask students to research the answers to these 10 questions. Trick is, each question is impossible to answer!
P.S. Here’s what one teacher said about my April Fools product, “This was so funny! I got them so good! I was really serious passing out the test and told them it would determine how well they’d do on our standardized tests coming up so they were taking it so seriously and freaking out. When they realized I got them they were laughing and screaming so loud the whole school hear us. It was the best!”
